The guest house is conveniently located right behind the cliff lift making beach access easy and quick. It's centrally based for exploring Shanklin with a silent location adding to its charm. The rooms are light and airy with modern aqualisa shower controls, though some furniture seemed a bit tired. The dining experience offers a variety of options with timings starting at 8.30 am, ideal for families. The guest house provides great value for money and is very close to the center of Shanklin.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and felt like a home away from home. The service was superb, and the location was excellent, close to the beach and shops. I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-decorated, and every morning we enjoyed a delicious large well-cooked full English breakfast with a choice of cereals. The room was small but cozy, perfect for myself and my husband. It did get a bit busy at times, but overall, a great experience.
